Blackened Mahi Mahi Wrap
Fresh mahi, avocado, mixed greens, and a chipotle mayo

Chicken Caesar Wrap
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in a creamy caesar dressing with croutons, shaved parmesan topped with fresh chicken

Pasta Pomodoro
The pasta of your choice tossed in our homemade tomato sauce

Chicken Parmigiana
Breaded chicken breast covered with our tomato sauce and cheese served  with pasta

Cannellini beans simmered with fresh basil, celery and plum tomatoes served with crustini’s

Eggplant Rollatini
Pan fried eggplant stuffed and rolled with mozzarella and ricotta cheese topped with our fresh marinara sauce and provolone cheese then baked to a golden brown

Third Course
Choice of one

Linguine with Clam Sauce
Chopped clams simmered in our own special seasoned sauce served over linguine

Rigatoni Mediterranean
Roasted red peppers, artichokes, spinach, mushrooms, shallots, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese tossed in a white wine sauce

Shrimp Aldo’s
Large shrimp sauteed with pancetta, kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes in a white wine sauce served over linguini fini

Chicken Vincenza
Lightly breaded chicken topped with eggplant, ricotta cheese, sauteed mushrooms and tomato sauce topped with provolone cheese
