The Block Island Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to enhance and promote business through referrals, shared experiences and connections. We represent a strong and healthy Block Island and mainland business community. The Block Island Chamber of Commerce is devoted to promoting Block Island and mainland businesses and services to visitors and residents alike.

We promote our members through the Chamber of Commerce website (www.blockislandchamber.com), printed materials, and social media. We are partners with The Block Island App, which is the only app dedicated to Block Island! It has been downloaded with over a million screen views. In addition, we staff the town's Visitor Center, located in the heart of Old Harbor, year-round. Our staff of 'tourism ambassadors' provide information by phone, email and in-person to thousands of people a day during the peak season and throughout the year.
