The Avonlea, Jewel of the Sea is the perfect location for a quaint Island wedding. Enjoy the sand in your toes during a beach ceremony, and the ocean views from all angles during the reception. The whole house is rented to your party, so the property is yours to enjoy!
The Avonlea has 10 beautifully renovated guest rooms for up to 24 guests. Each room has an en suite bathroom and A/C. Your whole house rental includes a daily complimentary breakfast and wine hour that we can customize to your schedule of events. A private chef is also available to accommodate all of your needs, whether that is hors 'd'oeuvres, a rehearsal dinner, or reception food. Other catering is also welcome. The Blue Dory Inn, as well as, our cottages and suites are all available for additional guest accommodations.

Sullivan House
